SIGN IN

You can create a new account by clicking on SIGN IN in at the top right of the navigation bar. During this phase you will be asked for the login data. Once registration is complete, your account will be immediately active and you can proceed with the purchase. In case of future purchases, simply enter your email address and password to access and place new orders. However, it is also possible to create the account during the purchase itself. Once the cart has been confirmed, before proceeding with the order confirmation, if you are not already logged in, it will be possible to create the account and complete the order. The billing and shipping addresses will be requested during the order confirmation phase.

PERSONAL DATA

To change your personal data, you will need to access the site via the [SIGN IN] item at the top right of the navigation bar. Once logged in, simply click on your account to modify your data and view the history of your orders.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

The goods are usually available in stock and processed within a maximum of 3 working days. However, we guarantee availability for products not in stock within 10 working days (for more info see the pages of the single product).

ORDER STATUS

To check the status of your order (Payment and shipment) click on [ACCOUNT]. If you are not already logged in, you will first need to login via email and password. In the account page you will find the history of your orders; by clicking on the magnifying glass you will be able to see the detail of the order and possibly proceed to the payment with Paypal, in case it had not been successful the first time.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

- Paypal,
- bank transfer.

SHIPPING

The goods will be delivered within 2/3 working days maximum. It will eventually be possible to choose the collection of the goods in the store.

WARRANTY

All products for sale on moroniferramenta.com enjoy an official 2-year warranty, as required by EU legislation. The terms for making use of the guarantee refer to the date of issue, shown on the invoice issued by Moroni and sent by e-mail. If a product is found to be damaged or not in accordance with the order, we ask you to report it to us by email at shop@moroniferramenta.it. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

RETURN

The customer has the right to make a return, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days of purchase. The right of return period expires after 14 days, starting from the day the purchase order was placed. The shipment of the returned products and any risks related to it are entirely borne by the customer. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, in their original packaging. The return can be refused if the box is damaged.Our warehouse will take delivery of the returned products, reserving the right to verify their integrity. Once the return has been accepted, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products. This refund will be made by crediting the amount paid by bank transfer or PayPal account.
